What is it about trees that so captures our imagination? What can trees teach us about our world, about our lives, about God?
This themed retreat will explore the language of trees using the approach of Ignatian spirituality. Rooted in our own embodied experience and this ancient spiritual tradition, it will draw upon a wide variety of practices, including art, literature, scripture and simply spending time in nature. *
This will be a silent retreat with spaces for input, guided reflection and prayer led by the team and for sharing in small groups. No previous experience of retreats is necessary, just a sense of openness and curiosity. Please note that this is not an Individually Guided Retreat so you will not be assigned a spiritual director.
* Please come prepared with warm and waterproof clothing.
