We live our lives trying to balance competing desires, influences, commitments, challenges, fears and voices. Navigating the many different aspects of life can, at times, feel confusing, as we find ourselves asking …
What does this relationship or job or activity really mean to me? What is most important here? What should I be doing with my life? What do I want to do with my life?
Where is God in all this? What does God want for me?
How can our Christian faith help us to navigate and to choose our best life with God, both in our day to day activities and when we have to make significant decisions?
We are offering a long weekend workshop retreat on the art of Ignatian Discernment - practical and spiritual insights and practices that can help us to notice and respond to the ways in which God is at work in our lives and in the world.
The weekend will be structured around the two aspects of discernment: attending to God’s presence and action in our day to day activities (discernment of spirits) & decision making in a faith context.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS RETREAT FINISHES AFTER LUNCH ON THE MONDAY
