CLASSICAL MUSIC WEEKEND RETREAT
A Long-Weekend with music to help enter into meditation

Mark, a member of the St Beuno's team, has a great interest in music. He is a composer and music critic.
In this retreat he offers music as a help to prayerful meditation. Partipants will be encouraged to listen both as a group and individually.
This is not an individually guided retreat, rather an opportunity to experience new ways of praying and have the chance to use music as a meditational aid both in a group and individually.
There will be plenty of personal quiet time as well as space to enjoy the beautiful countryside around St Beuno's in its autumn best.
Those who play instruments are welcome to bring them to add the experience of music-making to their prayer.
People with portable CD/MP3/tape players are encouraged to bring them, to add to the possiblities of listening to music in private.
